Age 98, passed away Monday, October 17, 2016. She was born in Cherry Creek, TX on August 16, 1918. She was a resident of Albuquerque since 1938. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Joseph Putelli; her parents, Robert Wilson and Francis Lee Wilson; three sisters, Mildred, Ruth and Evelyn and four brothers, Miles, Reese, Robert and Bruce. Berta is survived by two children, Anne C. Putelli and James J. Putelli (Doris); four grandchildren, Paul Putelli (Cathy), Michael Putelli, Sandra Levin (Jeff), Barbara Castell (Rick); five great grandchildren, Claire, Joshua, Jack, Matthew and Aaron and one nephew Greg Ruck (Joyce). Visitation will be held Friday, October 21, 2016, 9:00 am - 11:00 am at Daniels Family Funeral Services - Sara Chapel, Service will be held on Friday, October 21, 2016, 11:00 am, at Daniels Family Funeral Services - Sara Chapel.
