Bubbico, Jean  
Age 93, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2016. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on July 4, 1923, to Rocco and Vita (Abbinante) Gigliobianco. She attended school in Brooklyn. She married the love of her life, Anthony Michael Bubbico Sr. on May 16, 1942 in Brooklyn, NY. She worked for Robert Hall as a seamstress for many years. Jean loved gardening especially, flowers. She collected coins, dolls and stamps and she loved fishing. She accepted Christ thru the Church of Nazarene. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 70 years; sisters, Mary Guddemi Gigliobianco and Ernestine Gigliobianco; grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth Bubbico and Thomas Michael Bubbico. Jean is survived by her sons, Anthony Michael Bubbico Jr. and John R. Bubbico, Sr.; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren which she loved to spoil and her precious Chihuahuas, PeeWee (deceased), Toby, Princess, Goliath "Girardo" and Austin-the big dog. Jean loved life and she wanted to live forever and so she is. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2016 from 10:00am to 11:00am at the Celebrate Wesleyan Church at 12417 Constitution Ave. NE Albuquerque, NM 87112. A Celebration of Life will follow at 11:00am. Interment to follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 3:00pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be given in Jean 's honor to Celebrate Learning Center at 12417 Constitution Ave NE Albuquerque, NM 87112.
