Age 81, passed away Monday, November 6, 2017. She was born in Jamestown, NY on March 15, 1936, to Marion Town and Mary Willsie. Florence loved ceramics, gardening, she raced stock cars at Albuquerque Speedway and Duke City Raceway and loved being outside. She loved her dogs, Annie, Oakley, Ruthie and Lucky Boots. She worked at the Reynolds Aluminum Recycling for 11 years. Florence was the example of how to treat and love everyone, no matter what.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Hitchcock; parents, Marion Town, Mary Willsie.
Florence is survived by her children, Martha Mendoza, Susan Smith, Connie Kieser, David Hitchcock, Danny Hitchcock, Mike Hitchcock; 12 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
