Galen John Benson

Galen John Benson - January 21st, 1949 – November 3rd, 2017.  A child of God.  Loving husband, father, grandpa, son, and brother.  Galen grew up in Northeastern Nebraska on the family farm.  Galen was a natural teacher and craftsman.  He was a generous friend who freely shared his faith in the Lord Jesus Christ with all he met.  Galen was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed mountain climbing, bow hunting, fishing, and wilderness camping.  Galen welcomed others easily into his world.  His loving family will remember him as a silly, fun, and caring grandpa.  He will be greatly missed by all who love him.
