Vincent Ligammari

Ligammari, Vincent  J  
Age 87, passed away Friday, July 28, 2017. He was born in Brooklyn NY,  on December 1, 1929, to Frank & Santina Ligammari.
He is preceded in death by his parents. sister, Rosie Longo; brothers, Mike, Nick and Frank Ligammari.
On April 14, 1956, Vincent married his lovely bride Rosie Ligammari in Brooklyn, NY.  Vincent was a self taught and avid artist creating pieces that have been enjoyed by so many.  The law offices of Geoff Romero, The Range cafe and local hospitals have all displayed his art. He created his paintings through the inspiration of  the New Mexico sunsets and mountains. He also taught an art class with friends to share his passion and love for the arts. Vincent created an annual Christmas nativity scene that included pieces he had collected over the past
50 years. Friends and family would visit each year, as he always would create a new scene, backdrop and landscape. This passion was also shared in the Rio Rancho Observer multiple times. His love for God and his word was shared with all he knew and met.
Vincent  is survived by his wife Rosie Ligammari; daughters, Debbie Ligammari of Texas and Trish Romero of Rio Rancho, NM; grandchildren, Jessica, Colton, and Kristina. Interment to follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park 4310 Sara Rd. Rio Rancho.
