Wilhelm Friedrichs (Will, Willie) of Albuquerque, NM passed away August 11, 2017 at the VA hospital from Cancer.

Wilhelm was born August 23, 1971 in Freeport, NY. He was the only son to Winfried Friedrichs and Karen Chalker. Wilhelm worked on the docks of ABF for several years. He also had his own business Imperial Outpost Armory where he used his great talent making Star Wars uniforms and different items. These items were sold around the world. Wilhelm was well known and liked. Wilhelm was in the Navy and after his tour he joined the Army National Guard. He served a total of 8 ½ years.

Wilhelm was preceded in death by his Mom, and grandparents. Wilhelm is survived by his father, Winfried; brothers, Matthew Schneider, and David Schneider; sister, Jessica Gomez. His step-sisters, Amy Segura and Charisse Westbrooks; step-mom, Kathleen; step-grandfather, Charles Webb. Wilhelm also is survived by several uncles, aunts and cousins, some of which are in Germany. Wilhelm had many friends and we thank them for their support.

Services will be held on Monday, August 28, 2017, at 1:00 pm, at Daniels Family Funeral Services-Carlisle Chapel, 3113 Carlisle NE. Inurnment to follow at 2:30 pm at Sandia Memory Gardens, 9500 San Pedro. Please join us.
