Adam Anthony McCoy

Adam Anthony “Bubba” McCoy, age 26, passed away on February 19, 2017 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Adam was born on November 23, 1990 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to his parents Jill & Lance Hunter. Adam attended La Cueva High School. Adam worked at Microtek as a fire alarm technician for 6 years. He enjoyed hobbies such as snowboarding, weightlifting and played goal keeper for his soccer team.  He was also a firearm enthusiast.  He was involved with Shadow Mountain Recovery for many years.  Adam loved helping others and making people laugh with his quick wit and sense of humor.
Adam will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Adam is survived by his brothers Eric McCoy (Lindsay) of Cedar Crest, New Mexico; Dylan Hunter (Stephanee) of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Dusty Hunter of West Helena, Arkansas. His sister Vanessa Baca (Felipe) of Albuquerque, New Mexico; his  Nana (Caryl) of Albuquerque, New Mexico; grandparents David & Linda McCoy of Elgin, Texas; many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, one nephew and one niece and his beloved dog Crush, all who loved him dearly!
Adam was preceded in death by his Aunt Charlotte Sawyer.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 10:00 am, at the Daniels Family Funeral Service Wyoming Chapel, 7601 Wyoming Blvd, 87109.
In Lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions can be made to Babes and Bullies (A pit bull rescue organization) at P.O. Box 21351, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87154.
