Adela M. Lucero

Lucero, Adela M. Age 67, beloved sister and aunt, was embraced by the Lord and taken to her heavenly home Saturday, April 21, 2012. She was a life long resident of Bernalillo, NM, where she was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Adela loved flowers and had a special rose bush in her yard; she collected Betty Boop memorabilia and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Antonio H. and Celia Lucero. Adela is survived by her loving sisters, Mary Griego of Albuquerque, NM, Annie Duran and Loyola Rascon; several nieces, nephews and extended relatives. Adela will be greatly missed by all. A Rosary will be recited Friday, May 4, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Bernalillo, NM, where the a Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Inurnment will follow at Our Lady of Sorrows Cemetery.
