Adele L. Lucek

Lucek, Adele J. Adele Lucek�s light left this world on March 19, 2013, in Albuquerque. She was 82 years old, and a long-time resident of Long Island, NY and Rio Rancho, NM. Born in Brooklyn, Adele was the daughter of Elizabeth and Anthony Kopczynski. Adele�s beautiful smile, and lovely green eyes were unforgettable. Adele was predeceased by her husband, Stanley Lucek; they both were loved and admired by her children, Bryan Gulski of Charleston, SC, Paul Gulski of Houston, Karen Alexander of Rio Rancho, NM. Adele will be fondly remembered by daughter's-in-law, Fran and Diana Gulski, and by family friend, Zoltan Bogar. Adele enjoyed dancing, painting, homemaking, swimming and making others laugh. She spoke Polish and Lithuanian fluently. She was very active, and immensely enjoyed her grandchildren, Seth, Sharon and Steven Gulski. She was a parishioner at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Rio Rancho. The family would like to thank BeeHive Homes, Corona Avenue, Albuquerque, NM, Hospice Compassus, and Dr. Francisco Y. Torres for their care giving. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 am, Friday, June 7, 2013 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Road SE, Rio Rancho, NM.
