Adelina L. Mumme

Our mom, Adelina “Lena” Louise Mumme passed away on Friday, August 8th, 2025, following a long hard fight with heart disease. She had her eyes set on reaching 90 young years of age but fell a bit short at 84.

 She was preceded in death by her parents Secundino J. Miera and Adelina P Miera, husband Clarence “Bud” Mumme and son Ron Polnaszek. She was survived by half-sister Loretta Huenfield (husband) Leroy, daughters, Ann Hartz (husband)Carl, and Debbie McCabe (husband)Kevin. Grandchildren Kevin McCabe (wife)Gillyan, Patrick McCabe (wife)Celina and Caitlin De Lelles (husband)Dustin, and great grandchildren Maddison McCabe, Naomi McCabe and Ivy McCabe. She tried her best to survive long enough to meet her newest great grandchild that is due on September 30th but was unable to meet this final goal she had set. She was also survived by her loving cousin Helen Wendland. 

We know she was comforted in her last days by her strong catholic faith.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025 at 4:00pm-6:00pm followed by a Rosary will be held Monday, August 18, 2025 at 6:00pm at Daniels Family Funeral Home, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109. A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 11:00am at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, 811 Guaymas Pl. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108,  burial will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery 2:00pm
