Alijah Solenne-Nocera, age 27, passed away Monday, July 10, 2023 in Albuquerque, NM. He was born August 29, 1995 in Redding, CA.
He was preceded in death by his: grandmother, Helena Nocera; grandfather, Angelo Nocera; uncle, George Nocera; and cousin, Dominic Garbani.
Alijah is survived by his son, Luke Nocera-Patton of Albuquerque, NM; younger sisters: Celeste Nocera, Fantasia Nocera, and Elainea Nocera-Solenne of Albuquerque, NM; younger brother, James Nocera of Albuquerque, NM; father, Ronald Nocera, and stepmother, Jessica Nocera of Albuquerque, NM; aunt, Suzette Heller of Tacoma, WA; and his dog, Spots.
He was employed by SMART Duke City Sheet Metal Workers for 1 month and was a member of SMART Local 49.
His interests and hobbies were: working on cars, playing video games, and riding bikes / skateboarding.
He was a member of a local car club.
Alijah was a devoted Catholic and a proud member of the Knights of Columbus.
Alijah was a good father, son, brother, and friend. He was very loving and kindhearted. He loved helping others no matter what. Alijah was always a kid at heart, sharing his goofy side and was always fun to have around. He cared a lot about his family and friends. His laughter always brightened the day. He will always be loved and dearly missed. And we thank him for being in our lives.
Thank you to all that supported him and those that were there in his life.
A Rosary will be recited Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 9:30 AM followed by a Mass at 10:00 AM at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5311 Phoenix Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM.
