Angelina M. Ruiz

Angelina M. Ruiz passed away on November 10, 2022, in Rio Rancho, New Mexico at the age of 39.

Angelina is survived by her spouse, Robert Ruiz, (Rio Rancho, New Mexico); their son Josiah Ruiz (Rio Rancho, New Mexico); Brothers, Jose Huizar (Rio Rancho, New Mexico), Gregory Huizar (Humbolt, California), Carlos Rivera (Vallejo, California), Marcos Rivera (Vallejo, California), Alex Rivera (Albuquerque, New Mexico); Sister, Adriana Rivera; Daughter Alana Segura (Albuquerque, New Mexico), Sons: Dominic Ruiz (Albuquerque, New Mexico), Jordan Ruiz and family (Glendale, Arizona); Cousins Johnny “Birdie” Alcala & Family, (Rio Rancho, New Mexico); Jessie Escobedo (Vallejo, California); Brother-in-Law, Angel Ruiz and family (Rio Rancho, New Mexico), Father-in-Law, Robert “Pops” Ruiz (Rio Rancho, New Mexico); Grandchildren, CJ Ruiz and Melody Ruiz.

She is preceded in death by her Aunt Teresa Ponce, and good friend, Roda.

Angelina was born on September 23, 1983 in Vallejo, California to Greg Huizar and Connie Jaramillo, and had a step mom, Connie Huizar.

She graduated from Jesse M. Bethel High School in 2001. She married Robert Ruiz on July 3, 2014.

She was a Great Wife & Mother, a loving Sister, Daughter & Cousin and a Good friend to all who knew her. Traveling is one thing she enjoyed the most! Music was her favorite anytime & anywhere. BBQs all year round, whether it was HOT or FREEZING outside. She was always at the right place & time to take pictures with family, friends and new sites while traveling. She will always be in our hearts. Great memories she left to us all! SHE WILL BE TRULY MISSED & LOVED FOREVER!

Mass is scheduled for Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. There will be BBQ at Robert and Angie’s immediately following to celebrate Angelina’s life.
