Anita Garcia

Garcia, Anita Age 39, was embraced by the Lord and taken to her heavenly home Monday, May 21, 2012, after a life long battle with diabetes. Anita was a very special girl. She was born in Albuquerque, NM on June 7, 1972, to Esquipula and Carmelita Garcia. Anita had a zest for life, she loved animals, enjoyed the outdoors, dancing, joking and laughing. She was preceded in death by her father, Esquipula Garcia; and sister, Linda Garcia. Anita is survived by her loving mother, Carmelita Garcia of Jemez; her sister, Victoria Garcia; many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and her lovable pet companion, Pebbles. A Rosary will be recited Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 9:15 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Canyon, NM, where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery in Canyon, NM. Casket Bearers will be Sam Garcia, Herman Herrera, Chris Chavez, Gary Stash, Alfred Jaramillo and David Dominguez.. Honorary Bearer will be Garret Stash, Gene Montoya, Mario Molina and Pat Trujillo.
