Age 91, passed away Thursday, October 25, 2018. She was born in Miamisburg, OH on August 7, 1927, to John and Anna Fischer.

Ann graduated in 1945 from Stivers High School in Dayton, OH. She married Dr. Jack Felter on June 4, 1949 in Dayton OH. She was interested in Home Decorating, Reading, Golf, and Traveling. She Volunteered at Albuquerque Airport for 25 years with Albuquerque Convention Visitors Bureau. Ann was a devoted mother and grandmother. She never met a stranger. She was the most positive, cheerful, person that we have ever known. Ann was simply a ray of sunshine. She radiated kindness and love wherever she went. She touched the hearts of many.

Ann will be greatly missed by all that knew her. She will live on in all of us. Thanks to all the staff at The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho. You were kind, supportive, and provided professional care for our mother this past year. Thanks to her dear friends that loved her; Celli, Eadie, Peggy, and Virginia.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jack Felter; brother, John Fischer;

Ann is survived by daughter, Nancy Felter Shelton of Corrales, NM; son, Jeff Felter of Sierra Vista, AZ; son in law, Pat Shelton of Corrales, NM; granddaughters, Arianna and Marielle Shelton of Corrales, NM; brother, Joseph Fischer of Tallahassee, FL.

Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, November 23, 2018 - 10:00AM at Sara Chapel, 4310 Sara Rd., Rio Rancho, NM 87124.

In lieu of flowers donations may be given in Ann's honor to Alzheimer's Association act.alz.org/donate.
