Anthony (Tony) Allen Hernandez, Pharm D

1959-2021

With heavy hearts we sorrowfully announce the passing of our sweet Tony. He passed away peacefully

after a long battle with cancer. He was a devout Catholic and his life was such a blessing to all who knew

him. Tony's warm heart and generous spirit will be deeply missed. Tony is survived by his devoted wife

Jeanmarie Of 35 years and Oreo, his parents Daniel and Petra Hernandez Sister's Edna Griego 

family, Brenda Bustamante and family, mother in law Tillie Wisniewski, sister in law's Anna Brewbaker

and family, Gail Wisniewski and family, brother in law's Steve Wisniewski and family, and Jason

Wisniewski and family. Tony will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at Vista Verde Memorial Park in

Albuquerque, New Mexico.
