Arlene Hanrahan

Arlene Hanrahan, a resident of Rio Rancho, died February 10, 2023, at the age of 87.

Arlene is survived by her children, Kerry Stabe, Millington, Tennessee, Kim Shelby, Rio Rancho, New Mexico, Kelley Schneberger, Yukon, Oklahoma, and John Hanrahan, Albuquerque, New Mexico; She is survived by nine grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.

Arlene was preceded in death by her father, William Carrol, her mother, Catherine Carrol, her husband Walter Hanrahan, her son, Robert Hanrahan, her son-in-law, Michael Shelby, her brother Daniel Carrol, and her grandsons Steven Stabe and Eric Stabe.

Arlene was born on May 29, 1935, in South Attleboro to William Carrol and Catherine Kennedy. Arlene was more than just our mother. She was our best friend and will be missed more than anything.

A Rosary will be recited on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at 11:00AM, a Funeral Service will immediately follow the Rosary. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at 1:30PM.
