Armida Palacios-Rueda

Armida Palacios-Rueda, age 64, passed away May 25, 2022 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.  She was born October 12, 1957 to Francisco Palacios and Graciela Corral Palacios in Ascension, Chihuahua, Mexico.  She was married to the love of her life, Armin Rueda, for 44 years.  Together they had three children, Alfredo Rueda, Nidia Cisneros and Armin Rueda Jr.  She had a beautiful and contagious smile.  She always made the people in her life laugh.  She was a magnificent cook who loved cooking spicy and flavorful food for her family and friends.  She looked forward to and enjoyed working with her husband at his shop.  She loved spending time with her family most of all.

She is survived by her loving husband, Armin Rueda; children, Alfredo Rueda, Nidia Cisneros and Armin Rueda Jr.; 7 grandchildren, George, Alfredo Jr., Tomas, Able, Gabriel, Adrian and Andrew; and three great grandchildren, Alexander, Alfredo III, and Delilah.

Pallbearers are: Armin Jr., Alfredo Jr., Tomas, Able, Gabriel, Adrian and Andrew.

Open visitation will begin 11:00 AM, June 1, 2022, Daniels Family Funeral Services - Southern Chapel, 2400 Southern Blvd., Rio Rancho, NM 87124.  Service will begin at 12:00 PM.  Burial will follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park, 4310 Sara Rd. SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124.
