Barbara Lynn Copanos

Barbara  L. Copanos, age 75, passed away January 11, 2023, in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.  She was born April 9, 1947, in Whitewright, Texas to Jack and Mildred Andrew.  She graduated Whitewright High School, Class of 1965.  She married James E. Copanos in Dallas, Texas, January 7, 1971.  She was an employee of Chevron for 10 years and then became a Realtor for Metro Brokers Real Estate in Denver, Colorado for 20 years.  Barbara loved all animals and had a special love for her cat, Miss Kitty. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Mildred Andrew; and her brother, J.F. Andrew.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, James E. Copanos of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; brother, Bob Andrew of Texas; and her precious cat, Miss Kitty.

Services will be held at 1:30 PM, January 25, 2023, Rio Rancho United Methodist Church, 1652 Abrazo Rd. NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124.
