Barbara E. Schweitzer

Schweitzer, Barbara E. 
Age 86, passed away Friday, November 30, 2018. She was born in Milwaukee, WI., on July 5, 1932, to Roland and Evelyn Roets. 

Barbara graduated from Rufus King High School. She got married to Theodore on November 25, 1950. They were married for 68 loving years. Barbara enjoyed baking, sewing, reading, dancing, golfing, bowling, camping, traveling, and visiting Battleship Rock in Jemez Springs. She was a member of Job's Daughters and Eastern Star. Also belonged to High Desert United Methodist Church. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; in- laws, Bruno and Cora Schweitzer; sister, Marion Spella and husband Bob; brother, Ken Roets and wife Donna. 

Barbara is survived by her husband, Theodore J. Schweitzer; sons, Theodore Schweitzer II. and wife Wendy, Timothy Schweitzer; daughter, Linda Droske; seven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren. 

Celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 3, 2018 - 11:00 AM at Sandoval Lodge #76, 1420 Barbara Loop SE, Rio Rancho, NM
