Betty Carolyn Rhodus

Loving mother, grandmother and friend went home to be with our Lord and Savior Saturday, September 29, 2018 at the age of 75. 

She was born in Madison County, Kentucky to Ralph Elmore Duerson and Rowena Lucille Abney. 

Betty graduated from Madison Central High School, leading her to multiple career experiences. Betty adored her family and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed beading jewelry and playing cards. Betty was a UNM Lobo fan at heart.  

Betty is survived by her loving children, Susan (Luca) Barison and Michael (Claudia) Rhodus; three grandchildren, Presley and Garrick Rhodus, Cole Barison; former husband, David Rhodus. 

Visitation will be held Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. till 11:00 a.m. at  Daniels Family Funeral Services ~ Sara Chapel, 4310 Sara Rd. Rio Rancho, NM.   

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018, 11:00 a.m. following visitation. 

Entombment to follow service at Vista Verde Memorial Park.

Betty will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
   
In lieu of flowers donations may be given in Betty 's honor to St. Jude.
