SUMNER- Blanche Neal Sumner, born February 27, 1921 in Oklahoma City, passed away on August 17, 2010 after a battle with cancer. Blanche was preceded in death by her husband, J. C. She is survived by son Jim, and his wife, Eileen; grandson Brian; many nieces and nephews. Blanche was a multi-talented lady who enjoyed craft work and working in her yard. She always loved visiting with friends and family. We wish to thank the nurses and staff at Lovelace Hospice for their loving care during her last days. A Memorial Service will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at Central United Methodist Church, 201 University NE. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to Central United Methodist Church, 201 University NE, Albuquerque, NM 87106 or VistaCare Hospice, 5639 Jefferson St. NE.
