Bobby Doss

Bobby Wayne Doss Jr., 58, of Albuquerque, New Mexico was born to Bobby Doss Sr. and Maryann Wolf in San Jose, California on March 9^th, 1964. A Father, Grandfather, Uncle, Brother, and friend to many passed on Saturday, December 31, 2022, peacefully at his residence. Bobby is survived by his Children: Gregory Doss and his Wife Terra, Jessica Montano and her Husband Fabian. His Parents: Bobby Wayne Doss Sr. and Maryann Wolf. His Siblings: Cynthia Doss (Sister), Ken Doss (Brother) and his Wife Mendy. His three Nephews Michael (Wife Brittany), Nicholas (Wife Diane), and Jarrod, Niece Amanda Phillips (Husband Raymond), 8 Grandchildren Jeremiah, Leyna, Victor, Dominic, Salomon, Carlos-Rey, Sofia, and Ava.

He is preceded in death by his Stepmother Carol Doss, Sister Sharon Buck and Brother-in-Law Robert Buck. 

Bobby grew up in San Jose, CA where he enjoyed staying active by playing sports and surfing in the California Ocean. Bob was an avid 49er fan, and lover of all Bay Area teams. His passion and love for those teams was apparent to all who knew him. His love of sports continued into adulthood where he Coached and Mentored his Children and Grandchildren. Bob was an active member of the Christian Community and made his Faith a part of all he did. Bob worked as a salesman and customer service representative for most of his adult life. Bob found a passion in assisting others in their sobriety journey by sharing his own experiences. 

Bob loved the Ocean but chose to live his life here in New Mexico to stay close to his Children and Grandchildren. The Family would like to thank Henry Lopez for being his roommate for the last 10 years, and a faithful friend for the last 20 years. Bob will be greatly missed by all who knew him and his thoughtful character. 

A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, January 20^th, 2023, at the American Legion Post 118, located at 1500 Barbara Loop, Rio Rancho, NM 87124. We will share a meal as we remember Bob and the impact, he has had on our lives starting at 11am. 

Internment will take place after the Celebration of Life at Vista Verde Memorial Park, located at 4310 Sara Rd SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124 at 1:30pm.
