Calvin Francis (Cal) Mayfield passed from this life on May 4, 2010. He was born October 20, 1947 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to Frank and Frances Mayfield. He became a State Farm Insurance agent in 1977, serving as a District Manager for a number of years. Cal and Fran relocated to Farmington in 1990 and have made it their home ever since.
