Carlos Richard Trujillo

Age 84, passed away Monday, September 19, 2022. He was born in Trementina, NM on April 3, 1938, to Carlos and Petrolina Trujillo.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Consuelo Trujillo.

Carlos is survived by son, Carlos Trujillo and his wife Alison of Albuquerque, NM. Daughter, Linda Montano and husband Juan of Las Vegas, NM. His granddaughters, Beatrice Gallegos and Victoria Trujillo and his grandson, Josiah Trujillo. His sister Laura DeVargas of Albuquerque, NM and numerous other relatives.

Carlos attended Menaul High School and graduated in 1957. He then went on to New Mexico Highlands University and got his Master's in Education where he taught for 23 years for the Santa Fe Public Schools. On August 5, 1966 he married his beloved wife, Consuelo Martinez and they were married for 45 years. Carlos was a teacher for Santa Fe Public Schools for 28 years. He loved ranching and hunting. 

Carlos was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He will be sincerely missed.

Carlos did not wish for funeral services. A private burial will be held at a later date with immediate family and friends.
