Carole Eichstadt FARMINGTON Carole Shirley Eichstadt Nov. 24, 1948 - July 21, 2010 Carole Shirley Eichstadt, 61, of Farmington died peacefully and surrounded by family Wednesday, July 21, 2010, in Farmington. She was born Nov. 24, 1948, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, to Florence and Jacob Truax. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Wayne and Ron. She leaves behind her children, Daniel, Stephanie, Myka and John; her brothers and sister, Russell, Don and Kathleen; eight grandchildren; and her nieces, nephews and friends. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. today, July 29, at Saddleback Park in Farmington. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to a memorial fund at Animas Credit Union.
