Smith, Carolyn Age 78, passed away Friday, June 29, 2012. Carolyn is survived by her husband Gary Smith and daughter, Carrie Lucero; three grandchildren, Maria, Gary John and Caroline; three great grandchildren, Julian, Donaven and Lana; two sisters, Clausie (Pete) Szarowicz and Mabel Snow; niece, Carman White; nephew, Justin and Jack Smith; Carolyn was preceded in death by her mother, Ethel White; siblings, Evlin Snow, Harriet, Emma, William Smith, Joe and Neal Snow. Pallbearers will be Justin Smith, Jack Smith, Rex Goot, Noah Smith, Dana Jimerson, Cemour White. All services will be held in Jamestown, NY. Daniels Family Funeral Services
