Cecil Largo Sr

Cecil Largo Sr. died Thursday, June 24, 2010, in Crownpoint. He was born Sept. 15, 1928, in Standing Rock, into the Red Streak People Clan for the Meadow People Clan. Largo was a heavy equipment operator. Survivors include his sons, Cedric J. Largo of Standing Rock, Cecil J. Largo Jr. of Standing Rock, James Largo; daughters, Cecelia Largo-Nez of Sanders, Cynthia Largo of Standing Rock, Lydia Largo of Standing Rock, Veronica Largo of Lame Deer, Mont., Marcia Watchman of Standing Rock; brother, Herbert Largo of Standing Rock; sister, Anna Key; 27 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Elias Ashley, Brand Begay, Tracey Charley, Adrick Blackwolf, Christopher Key, Ty Lane Largo.
