Charles Douglas “Doug” Adams, age 72, died November 2, 2015 in Rio Rancho, NM. Doug was born January 20, 1943 in Albuquerque, the son of Charles Leslie and Elnora Marie (O’Neil) Adams. Doug lived in Albuquerque most of his life. Doug served his country in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam Era. Doug loved being outdoors, especially if it was in the mountains. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid reader. In his earlier years, Doug was very active in auto racing around the Albuquerque area. Doug was preceded in death by a son, Wade Adams. He is survived by his wife of forty five years, Nancy; son, Donald Martin; three grandsons, Brent Miller, Brandon Miller, Alex Martin; sisters, Gail Griego and Carol Adams; nieces and nephew, Erica, Kira and Gib. Private Services and placement will take place at a later date.
