Charles Sarge"" Wethington

Charles ³Sarge² Wethington, 69, of Fruitland, passed away at home in his
wife¹s arms, following a brief illness. Sarge was born Dec. 7, 1940, in
Farmington, to Bernard and Melvina Wethington.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Francis, Tom and Bill;
sisters, Margaret Birkenfield and Bernadine Ambabo; son-in-law, Robert
Iutinskas; and special shared son, Reo Germaine.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Vicky; children, Marc (Tammie),
Philip (Jamie) and Jennifer; grandchildren, Megan, Brett, Jenna, Hailey,
Courtney and Christopher Wethington; brothers, Herman (Sandy), Ed, Jack
(Mary) and Jim; sisters, Millie (Dave) Gaynor, Tina Yows and Pat (Roy)
Nickles; sisters-in-law, Ruth and Emma Wethington; numerous nieces, nephews
and many, many friends.
Sarge was a loving husband, father and grandfather, brother and friend.
Sarge loved fishing, farming, sports and, most of all, his grandchildren.
He retired after 29 years with the Farmington Electric Utilities Department.
He was a proud member of the I.B.E.W.
