Charlie Unale

Charlie our beloved brother, uncle and brother-in-law passed away on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at the age of 63 into the arms of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

He was a lifelong resident of Placitas New Mexico. He was a member of the Carpenters Local Union 1319 for 41 years; he had a love of cars and cherished his 1972 Monte Carlo.

He is preceded in death by his father Jacko Unale, mother Bernardita Unale, brother Santiago Unale, brother Candelario Unale, sister Erma Felix, sister Barbara Casaus, sister Gloria Misquez and nephew Johnny Unale.

He is survived by brothers Roy Unale, Jackie Unale (wife Kathy), Juan Unale (wife Lorraine), Salvador Unale (wife Anna), Nick Unale (wife Linda), sisters Senaida Ortiz (husband Albert), Mary Martinez, Julia Perez (husband Albert), Loretta Sena (husband Al), several nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held at Daniels Funeral Home 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE Albuquerque, NM 87109 on Friday, October 16, 2026 at 9:00 AM and service will follow at 10:00 AM. Interment will be held after the services at the Placitas Catholic Cemetery located off of New Mexico State Road 165 in Placitas.
