Obituary

Christina Harmon, lovingly known as Tina, lived a life marked by compassion, generosity, faith, and unwavering devotion to those she loved.

She is lovingly survived by her husband and best friend, Eric Harmon; her daughter, Mishay Benson; and her cherished granddaughters, Mia and Ivy Benson, who brought immeasurable joy to her life. She is also survived by her parents, Joe and Mary Montoya; her sisters, Victoria Montoya, Sylvia Sedillo, and Josie Montoya; along with many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Tina also leaves behind her faithful companions, Reina and Coco Chanel, affectionately known as her treasured "fur babies."

Throughout her life, Tina dedicated herself to caring for others. Whether through her work in childcare or her career as a massage therapist, she possessed a remarkable ability to nurture, comfort, and support those around her. Her kind spirit and gentle heart touched countless lives.

Tina found joy in collecting the things she loved. Her expansive perfume collection, treasured purses, and formidable makeup collection reflected her appreciation for beauty and self-expression. Yet the greatest treasures in her life were never things—they were the people she loved.

She cherished every moment spent with her husband, daughter, and granddaughters, and delighted in celebrating life's special occasions. Gift-giving was her love language, and she never missed an opportunity to make someone feel special. Even when she could no longer attend celebrations in person, she made certain a birthday present would arrive, reminding loved ones they were always in her thoughts.

Most importantly, Tina's life was founded upon her faith in God. She loved the Lord deeply and trusted unwaveringly in His promises. No matter the challenges she faced, she remained steadfast in her belief that Jesus Christ would one day welcome her into His loving and merciful arms. Today, we rejoice in knowing that faith has been rewarded and that she is at peace in His presence.
