CRYSTAL HOLIDAY Crystal Holiday, 36, of Farmington went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, September 28, 2010.Crystal was born December 4, 1973 in Farmington, New Mexico to Joel and Sherry Foutz. Crystal attended Kirtland Central High School and graduated for San Juan College with a Nursing Degree in May 1998. In 1991 she married Bruce Holiday, Jr. She also co-owned and operated Generations Personal Care Agency for the past 10 years. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Warren and Niona Knudsen. Survivors include her husband of 19 years, Bruce Holiday, Jr.; daughters, Cyla Hope Holiday and Crycket Paige Holiday; son, Bryce Joseph Holiday; parents, Joel and Sherry Foutz and Grandparents, Melba Foutz and Phil Foutz; brothers, Jared Foutz (Melissa), Jace Foutz (Deborah), Jesse Foutz (Sarah), and A.J. Foutz (Kelly); sisters, Cara Alvaro (Rob) and Jonell Lucero (Aaron); as well as 16 nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, October 3, 2010 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Cope Memorial Chapel. Funeral Services for Crystal will be Monday, October 4, 2010 at 10:00 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 400 W. Apache, Farmington, NM with Bishop Jared Lusk officiating. Interment will follow at Kirtland Cemetery. Pallbearers are: Bryce Holiday, Aaron Lucero, Jared Foutz, Rob Alvaro, Jace Foutz, David Amity, Jesse Foutz and A.J. Foutz.
