Crawford, Dalton Lynn 
Age 90, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 22, 2018 in Albuquerque, NM surrounded by his family. He was born in Clyde, TX on February 25, 1928, to Levi and Ima (Keith) Crawford. Dalton was the second born of nine children. Dalton worked many jobs in his lifetime. He worked at Temco Aircraft in Texas, for Torres Plumbing in Socorro, and as a Pepsi delivery man. His last job was with New Mexico Tech from which he retired from.  Dalton enjoyed fishing, motorcycles, restoring cars, coin collecting and building houses. He and his wife, Merlinda owned the P & T Cafe in Socorro from 1958 to 1967.  Dalton had several bouts with cancer from which he overcame until his lung cancer. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends who loved him dearly. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Benny, Dan and Eddy (Gene) Crawford; sister, Marge Martinez. Dalton is survived by wife of 63 years, Merlinda Crawford; his children: Nita Crawford of Albuquerque, Dalton Crawford Jr. and wife, Audry of Socorro, Brenda Crawford of Socorro, Sandra Crawford and husband, Max Aragon of Socorro, Ina Crawford and husband, Joe Michel of Albuquerque, Barbara Robins and husband, Fred of Alamosa, CO, and Janet Pennington of Albuquerque; brothers, Ed Crawford of Rockwall, TX, Don Crawford of Victoria, TX, Billy Bogart of Moore, ID, and Johnny Crawford of Tijeras, NM; 16 grandchildren; and 27 great grandchildren and two more on the way.  Services will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2018, 1:00 pm, at Daniels Family Funeral Services - Socorro Chapel, 309 Garfield , Socorro.  Interment to follow at Socorro Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Donovan Crawford, Caleb Esquivel, Travis Anderson, Brandon Chavez, Xavier Harris and Davin Harris.
