Daniel Moore

Funeral services for Daniel D. Moore, 42, will be 10 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 7, at Gospel Light House, Crownpoint. Carlos Baki will officiate. Burial will be in family plot, Crownpoint. Moore died Oct. 2, 2010, in Nazlini. He was born Jan. 12, 1968, in Crownpoint, into the Salt People Clan for the Mexican People Clan. Moore graduated from Crownpoint High School in 1987. He was in football and basketball. He was a security guard, maintenance main, project supervisor and carpentry man. Survivors include his sons, Samuel Moore of Gallup, Daniel Jr. Moore of Dalton Pass., both of Dalton Pass; father, Danny Moore of Nazlini; brother, Dennis F. Moore of Tuson; sisters, Regina, Shannon, Laurie Moore, all of Nazlini, Virginia Young of Chinle.
