Datha Jo Jody"" Hunt

Datha Jo “Jody” Hunt passed away early Saturday morning, June 12, 2010, at the age of 78 at Mayo Hospital. Jody was born on April 9, 1932 in Guymon, Oklahoma to Margaret Mayrhofen and A.C. Miller. She married Edwin Thomas Hunt on June 10, 1950 in Carlsbad, NM. She is survived by her children, Evelyn Refosco (Larry), Ronny Hunt (Sandy), Debbie Hunt, Tami Bird (Jim) and Ed Hunt. She also leaves behind her only remaining sibling, Marian Van Winkle (Pete). Jody had a variety of hobbies including gardening, collecting antiques, home decorating, and an occasional visit to SunRay. The highlight of her week was getting her hair done by her “adopted” daughter, Vickie Larson. Jody was the heart of her family. She will be deeply missed. Services for Jody will be held on Friday, June 18, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Brewer, Lee and Larkin Chapel with Jim Bird conducting. Interment will follow at Kirtland-Fruitland Cemetery.
