DOLORES LOZADA
June 18, 1964 - June 26, 2009 DOLORES LOZADA, 45, of Flora Vista passed away Friday, June 26, 2009 at San Juan Regional Medical Center in Farmington. Dolores was born June 18, 1964 in Odgen, Utah the daughter of Paulino Lozada and the late Mary (Salazar) Lozada. Dolores is survived by her father Paulino Lozada and wife Genevieve; brothers Joseph Salazar, Eloy Salazar, and Ricky Roberts; aunt Pauline Medina and uncles Ross Salazar and Nick Salazar. She was preceded in death by her mother Mary Lozada in 2008. Funeral services for Dolores will be held at a later date. Dolores is in the care of:
