Doris Field Sanders

Doris Field Sanders died peacefully at home November 11, 2018, in Albuquerque.  Doris was born to E. Price Field and Minette H. Field November 28, 1925 in St Louis, MO.  She enjoyed a career in nursing and taught elementary school retiring from APS, while being a wonderful homemaker.  Following retirement she was a volunteer at the Storehouse, enjoyed playing bridge and knitting. 

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Harvey B. Sanders, son DL Sanders of Santa Fe and daughter Diane S. Seuffert and Peter Seuffert of Morristown, NJ, grandchildren Daniel and Emma, Sara and Sam, and sister Carolyn F. Friedewald of Belleville, IL.  She is preceded in death by son Douglas C. Sanders. 

A private ceremony was held at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
