Eddie Rhea Wright Age 59, slipped away from this world into the arms of his Lord and Savior, Friday, July 8, 2016 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
He was born in Clovis, NM on January 3, 1957, to Janet Dickson Wright and Johnnie Rhea Wright. He attended school in Clovis, then graduated from Amarillo High School in 1975.
Eddie was an accomplished horse trainer, dog trainer outdoorsman and heavy equipment operator; he added an artistic touch to any project he undertook. He loved animals, but especially his ponies and pups. His working career took him from Asarco in Amarillo, to the titanium plant in Henderson, NV and back to New Mexico, in 1993 where he became a construction contractor until his death.
He was preceded in death by his father Johnnie Wright and all of his grandparents.
Eddie is survived by his wife of 25 years , Michelle; his mother Janet Harrington (husband Vic) of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas; brother, Sam Wright (wife Boon) of Las Vegas, NV; step-brother Tyler Harrington (wife Kelly) of Frisco TX; step-mom, Sandy Wright of Amarillo, TX; daughter, Nichole of Garland, TX; son, Jeremy of Richardson, TX; two granddaughters, and many cousins, aunts, and uncles will miss him, as well.
