Edward Odell"" Farley

FARLEY-Edward "Odell" Farley passed away at home Saturday October 31, 2009 with his family by his side. Odell was born in Nashville, Arkansas April 25, 1935. He made his home in Farmington, New Mexico working in the oilfield. He was loved by all who knew him. Odell was always happy to stop and talk about any of his lovely wife's kids, grandkids and all of their accomplishments. He unselfishly dedicated his life to his family always providing, even if it meant working more than one job. He once stopped at a vehicle accident which turned out to be a lifesaving decision for one person always giving; asking little in return. Odell was a very kind hearted and genuine man, a good father, husband and granddad. He is survived by his wife, Betty Jean Farley of 54 years. Son, Eddie Farley (Melissa) of Aztec; Daughter, Sharon Wagner of Florida; Grandchildren Jennifer and Jeremy Farley, Keith, Timothy and Terry Wagner of Florida; Great Grand Children Lucas and Hailey of Florida and Kael of Farmington; Brothers, Grover Farley of Farmington, Glenn Farley of Aztec, Billy Farley of Quetzie, Texas; Sisters. Ethel Osbourne of Albuquerque, and Shirley Baugh of Farmington; Also numerous nieces and nephews. Odell was preceded in death by his parents Emma Pearl and Edgar Jackson Farley; Two Children, Ronald Odell Farley and Bruce Edward Farley; Brothers, Edgar Jackson Farley "Jr", Eugene Farley, Louis Wayne Farley, Wendell Lee Farley; Sisters, Francis Lingo, Emma Louise Chandler.
