Elaine C. McDevitt

McDEVITT- Elaine C. McDevitt, 72, passed away March 24, 2009. She was born March 5, 1937, in Philadelphia, PA, to Elmer P. and Catherine A. Nothe. Elaine is survived by her children, Daniel J. McDevitt, of Albuquerque, Walter A. McDevitt and his wife Debra, of Clovis, NM, Ronald C. McDevitt and his wife Debbie, of Bella Vista, AR, and Karenann E. Buehler and her husband Dan, of Albuquerque; Seven grandchildren, Aaron, Shannon, Ryan, Tina, Sean, Kristin, and Lauren; four great grandchildren, Angelique, Kalee, Noah, and Tanner; two sisters, Claire Aaron, of PA, Marie Eller, of PA, and one aunt, Claire Achs, of PA. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 46 years, John D. McDevitt, in 2003. Elaine was a resident of Albuquerque for over 49 years. She loved arts, crafts, sewing, cooking, ice tea connoisseur, serving and taking care of others, and spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent in Elaine's honor to Presbyterian Kaseman Hospice.
