Ellie Gomez

Ellie Baldonado Gomez, Age 83, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019. She was born in Calamba, Laguna Philippines, on February 18, 1936, to Marcelo Baldonado Sr. and Zenaida Gebana Baldonado. Ellie adored her family and loved spending time with them. She enjoyed playing bingo, word search and TFC.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Romulo Gomez; and daughter, Theresa Gomez Cortina.

Ellie is survived by her children, Rico Gomez, Alice Gomez-Mariano, Rommel Gomez, Jennifer Gomez-Santos, and Leeza Gomez; grandchildren, Jerone, Eiva, Apple, Alison, Rieziell, Nikkei, Jenelle, E.J, and Jullia.

Visitation will take place both Sunday, March 31, 2019 and Monday, April 1, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Daniels Family Funeral Services - Southern Chapel, 2400 Southern Blvd SE, Rio Rancho.

Rosary to be recited on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd SE, Rio Rancho followed by Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m.

Ellie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
