Eugenia J.  Reiking

Eugenia (Genie) Reiking passed away September 21, 2019 in Albuquerque, NM.  She was born December 20, 1943 in New York, NY, the daughter of Eugene and Theresa Grossguth.

Genie was raised in New York where she married Joseph Reiking, and they had two daughters.  The family relocated to Albuquerque in 1975, where she and Joe lived for the remainder of their lives.

In addition to her parents and her sister Rosemarie, Genie was preceded in death by her loving husband of nearly 54 years.  She is survived by her daughters, Terry Andersen of Albuquerque and Ronnie Duhe (Kim) of Katy, TX and four grandsons, AJ Andersen, and Tyler (Chelsee), Preston and Evan Gravley.  A graveside service and interment will be held on Saturday, October 26th at 11 am at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Albuquerque.
