Eva Cordova

Eva Cordova, 88 years old, Corrales, NM has passed away on Wednesday, 5th of September 2018, peacefully in her sleep.

Eva was born in 1930, in Corrales, NM, to Augustine and Trinidad Wagner. She had three sons and one daughter with Uvaldo Andres Cordova.

Eva was well known for her love of music, big heart and tireless energy.

Eva enjoyed sharing her talent of playing the piano to brighten the lives of so many. She was the true definition of a “Farmer's Daughter,” being raised and having worked at her family’s business, Wagner’s Farm for most of her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband Uvaldo and son Donald Cordova.

Eva is survived by her children: Waldo, (Lorraine), Richard, and Anna. Grandchildren: Yvonne Barboa, Jason Cordova, Bella Cordova, Naomi Stauffer, Donella Holland and Richard Cordova Jr. and 10 great grandchildren.

Further, survived by her brother Gus Wagner, Mary Anne Swan, and Adela C’de Baca.

A public gathering we be held at Daniels Family Funeral Service, 4310 Sara Rd. SE, Rio Rancho at 6pm on Wednesday, 9/12/18. The recitation of the Holy Rosary will take place immediately after at 7pm.

A celebration of life will be held at Daniels Family Funeral Service on Thursday, 9/13/18 at 11:00am.

We will always carry Eva’s memory in our hearts and remember her for the joy she brought to all of us. A special thanks to the staff at Pace and Questa Manor for all their help and support; and a special thanks to Norma her caregiver.
