Felix “Chuck” Mora      ~      May 6, 1947 ~ September 24, 2025

It is with great sadness that Felix Charles Mora passed on September 24, 2025 at the age of 78. He is preceded in death by his father Charles Mora Jr., his mom Irma Linda Saldana Hernandez and his daughter, Michal Denise Mora. He is survived by, daughter and son-in-law Monique and Art Longoria, from Gilbert Arizona, daughter and son-in-law, Shawn and Gary Gonzales, from Albuquerque, NM, Aunt Helen Mora from Pueblo, Colorado, beloved friend, Arnie Madrid, from Socorro, NM and beloved friends, Daniel and Lisa Mora from Albuquerque, NM. Also his sisters Margaret and Barbara, grandchildren Delilah, Justin, Kevin, Julian, Anthony, Dylan, Xavier, and Nicolas, his great grandchildren Maverick, Macyn, Logan, MaKenna, Sienna and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and his pet, Chico.

He served in the U.S. Navy, SR (E-1) at Station HSS Rupertus (DD-851) for three years. He also served in Vietnam; was a recipient of a National Defense Service Medal, a Vietnam Service Medal a Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, and Navy Meritorious Unit Citation.

He loved Harleys, family and friends and the Denver Broncos. He was a proud supporter of Veterans Support Groups and to the Diablo Valley Ranch. He was known for using “Hasta” and “Peeling the chili”.

His final wishes were to please wear Harley Davidson, the colors black and orange or Denver Broncos.

Anyone with a Harley, motorcycle and/or a lowrider, please honor him with his last ride from the church to the funeral home following mass.

He was loved by all and will truly be missed.

A Visitation will be held on October 10, 5:00-7:00 pm at the Daniels Family Chapel, 4310 Sara Rd, Rio Rancho, NM. A Rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 8:00 am, at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 9502 4th Street NW. Mass will immediately follow at 9:00 am.

Graveside Services will be held immediately following Mass at Vista Verde Memorial Park, 4310 Sara Road SE, Rio Rancho, NM
