Age 84, went to be with our Lord on Saturday, January 16, 2016. She was born in Albuquerque, NM on December 17, 1931, to Emeterio and Delfinia Chavez of Tome, NM.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and two sisters. Fidelina is survived by her children, Helen Casaus, Steve Tafoya, Gloria Baldwin husband Ralph all of Albuquerque, NM, Benjamin Tafoya wife Maryann, of Rio Rancho, NM, Frances Cawthon husband Jamie of Glendale, AZ, Herman Tafoya of Dallas, TX, and Victor Tafoya of Houston, TX; nine grandchildren Bryan Tafoya wife Staci, Melissa Cadena, Christopher Baldwin, Stephanie Padilla husband Chris, Jaron Tafoya, Kimberly, Cameron , Evan Cawthon, and Joshua Tafoya; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
Fidelina was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother. She will be deeply missed by everyone that loved and knew her.
Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, January 29, 2016 at Daniels Family Funeral Services-Wyoming Chapel. A reception to follow in the Sunroom.
