In loving memory of Flordeliza Sears, affectionately known as Liza, a cherished soul who graced this world with her presence for 60 years. She passed away on June 25, 2024 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness that will forever be treasured by those who knew her.
Liza was born on November 21, 1963, in Angeles City, Philippines, where she began her journey through life with a spirit as vibrant as the colors she loved to paint on canvas. She embarked on her professional endeavors at Quest Diagnostics, dedicating 23 years of service to the field she excelled in. Her commitment and passion for her work inspired all those around her. Educated at Encinal High School and Southwest Business College, Liza's thirst for knowledge and growth knew no bounds. She obtained certification in Office Management, a testament to her drive for excellence in all aspects of her life.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Liza found joy and solace in simple pleasures. Cooking up delicious meals, creating art on blank canvases, exploring the great outdoors through hiking adventures, and most of all, showering her granddaughters with endless love were among her favorite pastimes. Her warmth and creativity knew no bounds.
In the hearts of those who survive her, Liza's light will continue to shine brightly. Her devoted husband of 31 years, Charles E. Sears of Rio Rancho, NM; sons Jesus Sears and C.J Sears; daughter-in-law Desiree Rosales; grandchildren Mila Sears, Avah Sears, and Kailyn Sears; mother, Erlinda Nash; sisters, Leilani Lindsey and Lianna Dizon; brothers, Ron Dizon and Jake Dizon; alongside her faithful canine companion Scarlett hold memories of Liza that will forever remain etched in their hearts.
While we mourn the loss of Liza from our earthly realm, we take solace in the knowledge that she is reunited with her granddaughter Skylar Madison Sears and beloved pet Mocha in a place where eternal peace reigns supreme.
A "Celebration of Life" service in honor of Liza will be held on July 27th at Daniels Family Funeral Services - Southern Chapel in Rio Rancho. As we come together to remember this remarkable woman whose presence enriched us all, let us carry forward the light of love and kindness that she so effortlessly shared with everyone she met.
The family would like to thank everyone that were apart of her and their lives, "Love you infinity and beyond."
The family would also like to add that, "Liza was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She loved to cook and share new recipes with all. Her family were her whole world and spending time with her granddaughters truly made her days complete. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten."
