Francis Davis

Davis died Feb. 13, 2011, in Ganado. She was born July 16, 1918, in Ganado, into the Deer Springs People Clan for the Towering House People Clan. Davis went to school up to the 8th grade. She was a rug weaver and cared for children of relatives. Survivors include her three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Davis; daughter, Helen M. Davis; sisters, Helen Martinez, Bertha Martinez; one grandson. Pallbearers will be family members.
