On October 5, 1963, Gabriel married the love of his life, Delia "Dedie" Vigil, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Together they shared 54 wonderful years of marriage, building a loving home and raising their family with faith, devotion, and unwavering commitment.
Gabriel was a devoted member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church and was also a member of the Knights of Columbus and American Legion Post 69. He was known for his kindness, strong work ethic and his love for family and friends. Those who knew him will remember his warm spirit, generous heart, and the pride he took in serving others. He was the definition of a great man who lived an extraordinary life that was centered around his family. He never complained and simply always did what needed to be done. His pride and joy was supporting and watching his sons and grandchildren with their many sporting events and activities.
