Garry G. Wells

Wells, Garry G. Garry Wells, age 70, a resident of Rio Rancho, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2013 in his home after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Garry was born March 29, 1942 to Glen and Francis Wells and grew up in Albuquerque. Garry is preceded in death by his parents. Garry is survived by his daughters, Cereese Wells of Albuquerque, NM, Shawntel Wells of Grand Junction, CO and also six granddogs. He is also survived by his brother Les Wells, his wife Vangie and daughter Katie of Albuquerque, Augusta Wells (aunt), Lydia Wells (cousin), Joanne Wells Chirra (cousin) and her husband, Claudio, all of Rome, Italy. Garry served in the Air Force and then began a long career with Mountain Bell and retired in 1990. Most recently he retired from the Moses, Dunn, Farmer, and Tuthill Law Firm in Albuquerque, NM. Garry loved all sports and was especially fond of the Denver Broncos and the Arizona Diamondbacks. He also loved to travel and enjoyed photography. Garry was comforted and cared for by Ambercare Hospice of Albuquerque. Memorial service to be held on Thursday, March 28, 11:00 am, at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 2400 Southern Blvd in Rio Rancho.
