Gary lived his life with autism and OCD, but neither defined who he was. He was a loving, and gentle soul who truly lived his live to the fullest. He was adventurous and loved to travel. There weren't many places he hadn't visited but Disney World was his favorite destination, and his favorite ride was "Pirates of the Caribbean." He loved the rides, the shows, and of course, eating was one of his favorite pastimes. He was both fun loving and strong willed, he would always insist on riding "Pirates" before any other ride at Disney World, often insisting on riding a second time. Gary loved his entertainment. He loved music and going to musicals. His favorite, musical was "The Phantom of the Opera," which he saw live five times, once in Albuquerque, and four times in Las Vegas. He loved going to museums, parks, national monuments, and any place he could find fun. He loved going to the movies, having a large coke, and snacking on candy, and his favorite movie, of course, was "Pirates of the Caribbean." To find one word to describe Gary is a practical impossibility. Loving, caring, friendly, adventurous, gentle, or amazing don't begin to describe the life of Gary. The measure of his life is immeasurable. Every person who knew Gary is better today because of him. Our lives are richer, our love is deeper, and our hope is never ending because we knew Gary is alive with our Lord and Savior.
